3 SIMPLE WAYS TO ENOY SELF-CARE BEFORE SUMMER ENDS

1. Take a walk
Whenever I feel stuck or struggling with brain fog, I go for a walk. There’s no better way to nourish the body and soul than spending time in nature. Taking a long walk outside can do wonders to boost your mood, sharpen your thinking and help you feel more calm.

3. Read a book.
Reading is something you can enjoy any day, anytime- either it’s first thing in the morning or right before bed.
