Workouts-
Today’s workouts simple- 20 minutes walk or treadmill.
Meal-
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs with onions and peppers
Lunch – Spinach and Tofu salad with greek yogurt (I use homemade)
Dinner – Squash soup with cheese and tomato Flatbread
Snacks – applesauce with almonds and Hazelnut butter (Nutella) with carrots (or celery)
