ADULT ACNE A.K.A. HORMONAL BREAKOUTS
1.Beauty sleep:
Getting plenty of sleep is super important as acne is one of the first signs of a chronically stressful lifestyle. Creating a night time routine helps. I spray this pillow spray on my pillow, every night before bed for a better night sleep. It is blended with lavender to help you relax as you sleep while Tea Tree oil prevents acne to protect the skin.
2.Cleaning my makeup brushes:
I can’t stress this enough- CLEAN your makeup brushes. Makeup can build up bacteria on your applicators, so make sure to clean them often. Use a brush cleanser or even your favorite dish soap (yup- that works too!) & clean your makeup brushes every few days, depending on your use and let them air dry overnight.
3.My Skincare routine:
The truth of the matter is that my skin is more of a struggle now than ever before, as using anti-acne skincare can be not so friendly as you age, as some ingredients may over dry the skin.
