Here are my DAY 2, 9 & 16 – WORKOUTS
– Push Ups on Incline x 25
– Superman × 25
– Ankle Taps × 40
– Sit ups × 25
– Plank Jacks × 30
– Shoulder fly using 5 10s
Repeat x 3 times!
MEALS of the day-
BREAKFAST- Scrambled eggs on 1 toast with Tea/Coffe
LUNCH- Black bean soup 2 cups with a side of baguette and apple
DINNER- Tofu sauted with onions, baked sweet potatoes and green beans, with 1 cup milk
SNACKS- Unsweetened tea, low fat cottage cheese, kiwi, popcorn
