- Today’s workout is super easy. 20 minutes jogging or treadmill.
DIET PLAN –
Breakfast~
- Whole wheat English Muffin topped with greek yogurt and a side of berries (raspberry, blackberry, strawberry or blueberries)
Lunch~
- Veggie wrap & spinach salad with healthy (low calorie) Balsamic dressing
Dinner ~
- This Veggie Avacado Burger with bun, guacamole and a tomato slice.
Snacks~
- Hazelnut butter with dates and strawberries
- Dry Apricots and pistachios
