MASTER BEDROOM MAKEOVER UNDER $250..
So excited to finally share our Master bedroom… it truly feels like I’m staying in one of my favorite hotels – waking up in this incredible space- feeling so grateful with each new day. The vibes and colors are something I had envisioned for years and finally I have it all put together! Well, almost – I’m still awaiting my curtains and rods to complete this room.
WALL COLOR
Slowly we have been switching our wall colors in Alabaster white and that’s what we used on our bedroom walls. I asked you on my IG stories earlier this year in February and you all picked the Alabaster, and we are obsessed.
FURNITURE PAINT
Can we just take a pause and talk about this stunning Furniture paint color!! If you have been following me for a while, you know I LOVE Jolie paints. We painted our Kitchen cabinet last year using Jolie paints and I have an entire blogpost and Instagram highlight on the process. For the bedroom furniture, we went with Dove grey – looks almost white (which is the look we wanted to go for). And yes, I did this DIY paint project on my own and wouldn’t have trusted any other brand than Jolie Paint.
Here’s what I used:
Jolie Paint in Dove Grey
Clear Finishing Wax (a little goes a long way)
Brown Finishing Wax (used on mirror frame)
Gold Gilding Wax (used as embellishment on knobs & mirror)
HARDWARE
