REFRESHING FRUITY DRINK RECIPE!

Who doesn’t want an ice cold bucket of beer and some Pepsi to complement a hot summer day! I made these July 4^th Fruity Drinks with Ice Cold Crystal Pepsi..

Here’s how I made this refreshing and Fruity drink..

Ingredients:

• Sparkling water or champagne (We used Aquafina bottled water & Crystal Pepsi)
• Fresh Blueberries
• Fresh Raspberries
• Square ice cube trays (I used the silicon ice cube tray from William Sanoma)

Directions To make the patriotic colored fruity drinks,

1. start by filling the trays with fruit. I used raspberries and blueberries. Finish off the trays with regular water (For this recipe, I used Aquafina water) , and put in the freezer.
2. Once the cubes are frozen, play with your presentation. Definitely use clear glasses, so that everyone can see your beautiful fruit ice. The clear glasses I used in the picture are from IKEA, in case you’re curious.
3. Place the Blueberry and raspberry cube in the cup first, and then sparkling water (I used Crystal Pepsi but champagne works as well), you’ll get a pretty patriotic color going up the glass. Be sure not to get your drinks mixed up with your kid’s! J
