‘SUMMER COCKTAILS AND DESSERT BAR CART’

When it comes to summer entertaining, I love to stock up my bar cart with a mix of pretty decorative items and of course, delicious cocktails and desserts for guests to enjoy and admire, as we lounge on the patio or indoors on a couch for a Happy Hour. I am in love with my Target Barcart {which is only $120.00} because at such a great price I have no problem taking it outdoors, plus the gold legs are just too fun {I cannot tell you how many compliments I get on it}!.

Living in Texas, I find it completely acceptable to enjoy rosé year round… don’t you agree? I have been in LOVE with the Rose wine since my last visit to fall 2017 NYFW. So for today’s post I wanted to share my Cavit Rosé drink station that I created for my first summer entertaining group of visitors to come through our home. So girly and pretty, I am definitely obsessed!

To create the look, I actually started with the floral vases of different heights. The flowers make a huge difference at any party {which both smell good and look so romantic}. Then, I placed a couple rosé bottles and stacked snacks like the Champagne Dreams with a bowl of fresh strawberries and the Briannas Home Style Poppy Seed dressing. Every summer, I try to create a new refreshing drink recipe. This year, I wanted to share my my new go-to recipe (which I’m sharing later in this post) and my favorite way to enjoy this rosé by adding fresh strawberries and ice for a chic frozen drink with Cavit Rosé – so yum! Here is my Summer Of Fun Refresher Recipe:

This is probably the easiest cocktail frozen drink recipe with Cavit Rosé and fresh strawberries. And the pretty color is perfect for a garden party or brunch.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced

2 cups ice

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons of Cavit Rosé

GLASSWARE:

Champagne Flutes- here, and the straws- here

RECIPE:

Step 1: Puree the strawberries, sugar and ice using this blender.

Step 2: Add Cavit Rosé to the mixture.

Step 3: Re-blend the puree mixture to create a slush.

Step 4: Slowly pour the chilled drink into the cups or the glassware of your choice. And Enjoy this fun summer refresher!
