The Wellness Routine I Have Been Following While Staying at Home!
Who’s like me and still staying home during this pandemic? It surely is a recipe for anxiety, but I like to find comfort in the little things. And what’s is really keeping me sane is trying to keep up with my Wellness routine. I’ve been catching up on movies, reading magazine, staying updated with the news, organizing our home and having a well maintained Wellness Routine.
Here’s a glimpse of my Winter Wellness Routine:
1. Enjoying a Cup of Tea
I love enjoying the Rooibos tea anytime during the day and is naturally caffeine free- just steep 1 tea bag in freshly boiled water for 3-4 minutes and how cute is the reusable collectible tin. I have a special offer code: BABBLE20 for you’ll..
2. Relieving Cold Sores
Seriously, I have a story to share here. I get cold sores every winter to the point that my lips starts to crack and bleed- it’s painful.. My entire family’s favorite for years have been Herpecin L – it helps treats and relieves cold sores and chapped lips. We protect our lips even during summer- don’t worry Herpacin L has SPF 30 to protect against the sun, and our lips are all prepared for the colder months. Seriously, a must have for our family!
3. Putting the best face forward each day.
We don’t go out much since quarantine and have seriously left home like a dozen times- strictly for essentials. But there’s never been a dull moment- working from home, spending time with kids and on selfcare. Toner is my favorite skincare step- the Humphreys Witch Hazel Sooth with Rose and Recharge with grapefruit are both alcohol free toners. Start by cleansing my face and pour the toner onto a cotton round and massage on face and neck. It’s gentle and non-drying for even sensitive skin, like mine. I like to alternate both Soothe and Recharge them between day and night.
4. At home Spa! – Intensive Hand and foot treatments
Hopefully, we can end this pandemic soon and be able to go about our normal lives again. So, I can finally go get manicure and pedicure at salons. I know it sounds crazy, but I’m not braving the salons yet. However, I have found 2 great products- that stay right next to my bedside, so I don’t miss them out daily.
The Kerasal Intensive Foot repair– not only hydrates & moisturizes but loosens hard, dry skin. I like to cover my feet with socks overnight for best results.
The Kerasal Multi-purpose Nail Repair– Improves the appearance of finger/toe nails and penetrates the nail to restore healthy appearance. Visible improvements can be seen in one week of application and takes upto 3-6 months for full effect.
And all of these would make great stocking stuffers too!
